This time next week I will be doing this

But not alone. I will have a whole week with my hubby! Just the two of us. On a boat far far away from our real life. Us alone, really i can't remember. We haven't left Coop since he was born. At least one of us have been with him. So for us to both go away for a week is really crazy. I Can't wait. In the mean time i need to get prepared. Lots of shopping to do. Lots of packing. Anyone have any advice on a good book to take?

My big day

I would like to take this time and tell all my love ones, family, friends,

especially my grandparents, and parents thank you so much for supporting me today.

Today was a big day, a first for me. Today i was so excited because I've been

practicing so hard, and I loved my new blue shirt i got to wear. The sunbeam girls

said i looked handsome, and i blushed a little. Today I was on stage and I rocked it! I had

no help from anyone, i did it all by myself. I was defiantly a big boy. I tried to

tell my mom to please stop crying you know i have to grow up. She always cries

when she's proud of me. I have a silly mom. Dad thanks for the thumbs up, i know

you love me. Today was my first Primary Program and lets just say i think i was the

whole show. Just ask my fans, family and friends. This is what i said to make everyone so proud of me,
BEFORE I CAME EARTH, I LIVED WITH GOD. I CHOSE TO FOLLOW HIS PLAN.

Again thank you for all the support can't wait to do it again.

Love,
Cooper

PS I will be happy to sign

autographs, my handwriting is a little sloppy but i can drawl circles really well.

Spending time with Grandpa

"Grandpa am i old like you," is what i heard Cooper saying to my dad when i was trying to be sneaky and take this picture. Isn't it so cute, both of them hanging out in the sun room enjoying the heat coming through the windows. Cooper loves to spend time with his grandpa and loves to ask Grandpa a million questions.

The other day my dad came over to invite us to dinner and Coop demanded that he would go with grandpa to help him cook. On the drive to grandpa's house this is what coop asked his Grandpa when they came to the stop light that my dad got in a wreck a couple of months ago. Pulling up to the light Coop said, "grandpa where did you get in a wreck?" Grandpa's response was, "right here." Cooper replied, "did you know that red means stop and green means go." When Josh and I showed up to my parents house my dad was all embarrassed and smiles as he was telling us the lecture his 3 year old grandson gave him on the ride home. Oh our crazy little Coop dog!

A day in daddys shoes

Look closely at Coops feet. Yes, he's wearing his dad's shoes outside. Coop asked if he could go outside and play with Chewy and i said yes, not really paying attention to Coop but said you have to put your shoes on first.

Coop was outside for a little bit and i decided i should go check on him and Chewy. Just one look at Coop and i was dying with laughter he was trying to ride his bike wearing his dad's shoes which by the way are a size 13, Coop couldn't figure out why he couldn't petal his bike. It was to funny! I had to take a pic of him in his daddy's shoes.

Love this kid he always puts a smile on my face!

Mini Caramel Apples

Saturday Josh's sister Lawryn came over to play and we love it when she's around. For a little treat we made Mini Caramel Apples. I can't remember where i got this idea but i thought it was super cute.

All you need is apples, cantaloupe scooper, Caramel, tooth picks, and what ever else you want to put on the Caramel apples we dipped ours in peanuts.

Cooper loved making mini caramel apples and of course eating them. It was a great way to celebrate fall.

Dinosaur cave

Cooper is always coming up with some kind of crazy and fun adventure for the day and i love to sit, watch, listen and laugh at all the silly things he imagines and comes up with. Todays adventure was of coarse his favorite dinosaurs.

Introducing the DINOSAURS CAVE! Under our trampoline Coop has made dinosaur land.

Coop and his pal Christain will play for hours.

My mom says Coop gets his imagination from me, i guess when i was little i could entertain myself in my room all day long. My grandma Caldwell would just come over and sit and watch me play. I've been told i was very entertaining little girl. Sometimes i wonder were did that girl go to but then i look under a trampoline at a little boy and see that it didn't go far.
This is a picture of me and my dad when i was around Coops age. I still have those chubby cheeks!

end of the day

Today i missed him. Josh and I spent the day cleaning, waxing and polishing the post office floor. It was nice to have josh alone in the post office we did a lot of laughing, talking and maybe a few kisses here and there okay maybe a lot. But at the end of the day we both missed our little boy.

What was i thinking?

I've gone to watch the snowflakes high school volleyball games twice this year. When you walk into the gym you have to pay. So the first time i paid and the lady said, "are you a student?" I was a little surprised and then felt pretty good thinking that this lady thought i was a high school student and i then replied, "No, but you are so kind for thinking that." I then walked into the game and sat down. I told my mom and my aunt Sherri what the lady said i was kind of gloating and feeling pretty good about myself. Well game two. I walked into the gym and gave my money to the lady she was about to stamp my hand and then asked again, "are you a student?" I was thinking again how sweet i must look really young to her, but then she said, "dear you only gave me 4 dollars its 5 for adults." I'm such a dummy! So i paid her the extra dollar my mom was standing right by me and started laughing. I knew i wasn't going to let this go with my mom knowing about it. Next time I'm making sure i have a 5 dollar bill. So if you want someone to tell you your young go to a high school sporting event and give them the wrong amount of money so they can ask if you're a student. What was i thinking?

SURPRISE!

LOOK WHO SURPRISED US!

This was a great weekend we had the best unexpected visitors. My brother Monty his wife Kendra and their two kids Reagan and Krew came and surprised us. Its always a blast when their around. Cooper was in heaven with Reagan!

We loved the surprise and wished they could of stayed longer. We already miss you guys! COME BACK SOON!

driving down a old dirt road

Driving down a old dirt road, with my two favorite boys, watching my husband teach my son his first driving lesson. I love my life and I love my boys!

Boys like blue pumpkins

Cooper looked everywhere saying "boys like blue pumpkins." He was determined he was going to find a blue pumpkin at the pumpkin patched. He finally settled for a small orange one. On the drive home i told him we could paint it blue. Say hello to Coops blue pumpkin.

At first Coop put his pumpkin with some decorations we had in the house but then decided he would rather play with his blue pumpkin in his playroom. So today Coops best friend was his pumpkin blue.

(Pumpkin Patch)

How to find the perfect pumpkin.
1. Find two energetic, handsome boys who have a eye for pumpkin picking.

2. You have to have a lot of patience.

3. You must be very strong.

4. Even stronger to push the wheel barrel.

5. Better idea let dad do it while you sit in it.

6. Last rule, Family photo taken by uncle Gunner

We had a great time! My little boy didn't want a orange pumpkin and wished it was blue. Stay tuned for pumpkin blue.

{I survived}

I'm still alive! I survived all my test and feel pretty good about them. I also survived babysitting for my uncle Tom and aunt Angie. They have 4 beautiful children that Cooper loves to play with. I was watching 5 kids under the age of 4 and the youngest were twins and they are about to be one, they were all over the place. It was CRAZY! But i did enjoy it. They all have their own little personalities and Cooper had the best time with Gavin.

All 5 kids in one place at one time, i think this is the only time they stayed together. I was usually chasing them around the house.

The Jeep! It was a big hit!

Baby Marlee was adorable! So cute and stayed by my side the whole time. She loved sitting in the toy baskets and would just play in them forever. She stole my heart! I can't wait to spend the rest of the week with my boys:)

I'm a school girl again

Josh captured a pic of me studying. Yes I'm studying. I went back to school. I dropped out of college when Josh and i got married. I know i should of never stopped and I'm mad at myself for doing it. So this semester i went back to school. Mostly i just needed electives and so I'm taking 3 history classes. Josh loves history and wants to be a history teacher someday when he retires from nursing is what he's planning. So he's helping me and its been fun taking some classes together. I'm also taking a writing class, which i had to have or i wouldn't of taken it. Since as you can tell my writing skills are horrible but i think I'm learning something. Its been quite a challenge juggling my cleaning job, babysitting, keeping the house up and of course Cooper time but its working. I already feel smarter going back. Haha! I really don't know what i want to go into but i just think its important to have a degree in case something happen to Josh and i had to support us. Wish me luck i have 3 test this week.

What we had for dinner

Today we were going to take a drive up to Greer for a picnic, a long walk, exploring the great out doors and admire the leaves changing color. But did that happen? No! We woke up to a water leak and our day of family time and the beautiful outdoors was gone. We live in a house that is more then a hundred years old. It has so much charm and i love everything about it, but i can honestly say i dislike the plumbing. Josh and I looked all morning for a crawl space we tore out carpet, searched in closest and looked everywhere outside the house. We even called the last owner and found out nothing. So we called a plumber, thanks to Josh's cousin Justin. He saved our life today and found the water leak, which wasn't even under the house it was the sprinkler system that we've been looking for since we moved in. I guess you could say the sprinkler system found us. With all the hard work on tearing our house apart, digging for the water leak and then putting our house back together. We decided we needed something really good for dinner. So it was Banana Split night and we enjoyed our splits relaxing on the coach watching Iron Man!

Its starting to feel spooky

Every year since Coop has been born we have stuffed plastic pumpkin bags with newspapers. I guess the bags are supposed to be stuffed with leaves but since there's very few leaves at the beginning of October i just use newspapers. We turn on Halloween music and we stuff. Its a big hit with Cooper. Plus there super cute, cheap, and something fun to do with kids!

After we were done Coop said, "its starting to feel spooky!"
